I'm Dj Khalid screaming "Another One!!" 🥳.

You write hauntingly. I will think of this. Thank you.

You make deciding to stay sound easier than it actually is.

I enter into relationships like it’ll end tomorrow. So, I don’t leave behind things I cannot abandon and it’s not my fault. I’ve always felt alone in crowded places. You and I can walk hand in hand at a carnival and I’ll still feel like I’m marooned at sea. My dreams of the future begin and end with me. For as long as I can remember, I’ve imagined myself nursing a glass of wine in an empty penthouse in a busy city.

I love playing hide and seek in plain sight. I cannot allow myself to be loved. No. I cannot be loved.

So, if I leave my charger in your socket, I’ll probably just buy a new one and never come back for it.

Maybe the point isn’t whether you leave the charger. Maybe it’s whether, one day, you trust yourself enough to come back for it.

Thank you for this❤️

What moved me most wasn’t that you disagreed with the poem, but how honestly you explained why.

You cant always go back once some time has passed you know but I really enjoyed your piece.
